Measurements are per hanging framed piece.
These are gold gilded antique fragments which have been mounted on (new but weathered) painted boarding surrounded with new weathered and gilded framing, accenting the fragment pieces. Each board is made up of 2 fragments which meet in the center and make swirl motif, typical of items carved during this period.
It appears that all of the gilding on the fragment is original to the pieces. There are some chips on the pieces, consistent with age and use.
The frame does have some spacing in the corners where the frame pieces meet. The piece is easy to hang because of the wood makeup of the back. It comes with D-rings, however it could be hung in any manner.
Each piece has D-rings on the back for easy hanging. Could easily be moved to hang landscape or portrait.
